Request and agreement
A website request is non-binding. An agreement begins after we confirm a proposal or order in writing. Quantities, frequency, contents and rates are stated in that confirmation.
Delivery and access
The customer provides an accessible delivery address and an available on-site contact. Delivery times are indicative when circumstances beyond our control cause delays.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation windows are set out in the proposal. Changes after that point may result in costs for quantities already prepared or purchased.
Allergies and dietary needs
Allergies and dietary needs must be shared fully in advance. We discuss what is possible, but our kitchen is not completely allergen-free and cross-contact cannot always be excluded.
Payment and complaints
Payment terms are stated in the proposal and invoice. Report delivery issues as quickly as possible so we can find a suitable solution.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to our agreements. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute together.
