1. Ordering and Payment
You can place an order with us through our website or mobile app. When you place an order, you will need to provide your name, address, and payment information. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or online payment methods.

2. Delivery and Pickup
We offer both delivery and pickup options for your food orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our delivery partners. If you choose to pick up your order, please arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order free of charge up to +31 6 81 20 79 90, 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, we may charge you a cancellation fee.

If you are not satisfied with your food order, please contact us within +31 6 81 20 79 90, 5 hours of delivery or pickup to request a refund or return. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.
